To initiate a return for an online order:

Please note that we must receive your return request within 7 days from the date you receive the product. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process your refund for the purchase price, including any applicable taxes, within 7 days, unless we agree on an alternative solution, which will be discussed and confirmed in writing. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
